Casa Luna Negra is a large two-story open-air tropical home, built in 2017. It was designed and built by craftsmen using the highest quality materials. It is kept cool naturally by an open design with ceiling fans and a very high thatched roof. Casa Luna Negra is a great base of operations for exploring the beaches and jungles of the Osa Peninsula.The beach is a 4-minute stroll down a private path shared with the neighbors. Sleeps up to 6: master bedroom with king-sized bed and another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and loft with a queen-sized bed. All beds with hardwood frames covered with mosquito nets and small fans inside the nets. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. 1/2 bath upstairs with the bedrooms. Hot water shower in the downstairs bathroom. Full kitchen with stove and full sized fridge/freezer with everything you need to prepare meals. Full-sized breakfast bar and a large dining table.

cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due prior to arrival, or upon arrival in cash. Cancelations made with 90 days notice or more will receive a refund of all monies received, less a cancellation fee of $150. For cancelations made with less than 90 days notice. If the period of rental can be re-booked, a refund for the period re-rented or the part thereof, less a cancellation fee of $150 will be issued. If any part of the rental period cannot be re-booked, the Renter will forfeit all monies paid for that period.
