cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due prior to arrival, or upon arrival in cash. Cancelations made with 60 days notice or more will receive a refund of all monies received, less a cancellation fee of $150. For cancelations made with less than 60 days notice. If the period of rental can be re-booked, a refund for the period re-rented or the part thereof, less a cancellation fee of $150 will be issued. If any part of the rental period cannot be re-booked, the Renter will forfeit all monies paid for that period.
