The best the OSA PENINSULA has to offer
Whether you're looking to purchase land or vacation in Costa Rica, Osa Premier Properties offers a selection of the best properties throughout the Osa Peninsula.
Osa Premier Properties is owned and operated by longtime resident Gretchen Rhoades. Gretchen offers real estate brokering, as well as property management services for vacation rentals. Her listings are scattered throughout the Cabo Matapalo, Carbonera, and Sombrero neighborhoods of the Osa Peninsula, and provide a range of sizes and rates to cater to the varied needs of clients. Each property is unique and offers a special place for you to call home.
I’m originally from Bellingham, WA. In 2003, I moved to the Osa Peninsula for a 9-month teaching gig. I had completed a degree in Spanish from the University of Washington and was hoping to improve my fluency in the language. My teaching position ended up lasting 3 years. I fell in love with the area, and also met my husband, an Osa native. I have since worked as a property and hotel manager, and recently added real estate brokering to my business. I enjoy meeting and working with people who visit the area. The Osa offers a truly unique vacation, and I’m happy to share in the experience with my clients.
What our clients say
“This place is amazing! Jungle grows out of the back of the property and ocean spreads out before you. Turquoise and blue outside the great little surf break, scarlet macaws flying overhead, an arborist's dream... The accommodation options range from intimate comfy cabanas to elegant homes with swimming pools and outbuildings. The staff is the perfect blend of laid back and "on it" at the same time. Minutes away are river hikes to remote waterfalls, tree climbing nature excursions, dolphin trips, multiple surf spots...The Osa Penninsula has been dubbed "the most biodiverse place on earth" for good reason. The wildlife is amazing. I'm leaving tomorrow, but part of me is staying. Thank you so much..”
